Chief Dr. (Mrs.) W.A. Awosika is the Chairman/Managing Director of City Commercial & Industrial Enterprises Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from London University and a post Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a member of Inner-wheel Society of Nigeria. She is the founder and Proprietress of Chrisland Educational Organization and the Chairman of Board of Directors of Osobiken Investments Limited and Publisher of The Empress Magazine. She has over 20 years experience in administration and other related matters and management of business.

Dr. (Mrs.) Fasehun functions as Executive Director and the Head of the management tam of the Hospital Groups. She holds first degree (MMBS) in medicine from the University of Lagos. She has also undergone a course in primary and Community Health Care. She is a Director of many companies including Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Nigeria Limited, City Commercial & Industrial Enterprises Limited, etc. She has acquired skills in various management development programmes and has handled Healthcare projects for various Health management boards including Taraba and Plateau State of Nigeria

Mrs. Ibironke Adeyemi is Chartered Accountant and as Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She attended University of Lagos where she bagged 2nd class upper degree in Economics in 1986 (B.SC (Hon) econ. She had her training in the firm of Peat Mar wick & Co. (Chartered Accountants). She has had over10years post qualification experience. Her experience covers the Audit, Accounting and Management. She joined Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited, a pharmaceutical services company in 1991 as Finance/Administrative manager before she rose to the position of Executive Director with the company. She is a Director of many companies.

She has successfully executed many Government contracts including that of the Petroleum Trust Fund.

Mr. Awosika holds LLB and BL Degree in Law from the Lagos State University (LASU). He was called to Bar in 1996 and had worked for Strachan Partners and Prof A.B Kusumu Chambers. He is the Executive Director of City Commercial & Industrial Enterprises Limited. A company specialized in project handling. He has successfully handled and completed several Turnkeys for Building Constructions and project Development for Institutions such as schools and hospitals.

A director of several companies including Bradfield Limited, Bradfield Petroleum & Gas, Olubankole Awosika & Co. & Bradfield Consulting Limited.
